I sign NDAs for the companies I work for but then I am free to
speak with the team to provide solutions. Stuff like this is why
Bill Gates is a godzilla-ionaire. Nothing like this with DirectX.
Silly on Apple's part says me.
Maybe I'm just not smart enough to grok these things, but I've never
understood the point of enforcing an NDA on something anyone can
download.
