Xcode not running my build products

Hello,
Having trouble with Xcode 3.1 (latest "iPhone" beta) not running my app (Debug, Release, or a custom configuration I have in the project) when I use Build & Go or just Go after building, but it thinks it does. The console has the start message in it and the Stop task gets activated, but my app never starts. If I open it with the finder (either directly, or using the "Open in Finder" right-click option) the app runs as expected.

This app is part of a project (includes 3 other Xcode projects) I have in a SVN repository and this issue started after I moved some things (namely the app's project) around in the repository. The app's project used to be in the root level of the repository, but I have since created an Applications directory and moved it in there.

I've nuked my user files in the xcodeproj directory, run clean and clean all multiple times, found nothing in Console to suggest an issue, and searched the project directory (find & grep), but not found, references to the old directory structure.

Anyone have any idea what I need to do to fix my project (since i'm assuming the directory move did it) so I can run it (and debug it) via Xcode again?

Thanks,
-dave
