Update the group & file list?

  • Thread-topic: Update the group & file list?

I use the file name extension ".ihtml" for the HTML templates and fragments
that my application assembles (and that should never be served by a web
server).

I have defined File Type "text.ihtml" (as a child of "text.html") in Xcode
and set the Preferred Editor to Default (Source Code File).

Now, when I add an ihtml file to a group, all is well. Coloring is lovely
HTML coloring and folding works. But the ihtml files (many) that were in my
project before I set up the ihtml definition are all still shown as plain
text.

I could get my coloring by deleting all the ihtml file references in the
Groups & Files tree and putting them back. But I wonder is there and easier
way? Can I somehow coax Xcode to regenerate its file-type metadata cache
from the file-system file names?
