I'd write a bug, but I've made a decision never again to use Radar.

I've had the same problems. I report bugreporter-site bugs to
email@hidden. And I, too, have learned in my pain to copy my
report
text before submitting.
I'm so glad to hear you guys mention that. I thought it was only me…
I had rather hoped Apple would ditch WebObjects altogether when they
started including Rails in their server products...

The problems with bugreporter have absolutely nothing to do with
WebObjects.
WebObjects runs the iTunes Music Store. It runs the on-line store. It
runs several other apps at Apple. These are mission-critical and they
do not have these problems.
If the priority of the bugreporter site did not run second to other
things, the site would be as bullet-proof as Apple's other WebObjects
apps. But Apple makes money by shipping metal and shipping code, and
not by fixing bugs. Would the bugreporter site have issues if it was
implemented in RoR? Definitely. They would just be different issues.
