Actually no because the problem is in viewing HTML files so I focused on this point. However the document you point out to is nevertheless interesting for the apple document shows how to load the docset in Xcode documentation, which works flawlessly as opposed to HTML file viewing in Xcode. The downside is that the script takes much longer to run and it's not reasonable to run it at each build. Thanks for the tip, anyway.

Does anyone have a clue or can help me solve this problem (not really important but annoying in the long run) ?
Tried Google?

The very first result for a Google search of "xcode doxygen" returns this:

http://developer.apple.com/tools/creatingdocsetswithdoxygen.html
