File a bug. The role should be AXSheet, the parent should be
the owning window, and the sheet should not show up in the
application's window list.
The print panel is actually a Carbon entity residing in a Cocoa app.
I don't know of an example of a Carbon app using a Print sheet off
the top my head - but if you find one, I'll bet it exhibits the same
behavior.

In TextEdit or OmniOutliner (or any Cocoa application?), open a (new)

You
will find that the "Print" window (which is called a "window", not a
"sheet") is listed among the children of the window it is attached to,
which
makes sense. However, the "Print" window's parent is NOT the window it
is
attached to, but the application.
