Initially UI Inspector was Apple internal only, and then it was
released as Sample Code. It would be really handy if this tool were to
follow the same path. It makes it so easy to see the big holes in your
implementation both in notifications as well as attributes and events.

Is this app available for download? It was demoed at WWDC 2003 in
session 421 "OS X Accessibility". It would be a great testing aid.
