disable/detect VoiceOver?

Hi!

Our app already has a voice over system and I was wondering if it was possible to disable it for our app under Tiger. At least we'd like to be able to check if VoiceOver is enabled or not. The problem that we have is when VoiceOver is enabled, our system is talking and so is Tiger.
