How can one increase the key repeat rate _beyond_ what is possible to
specify using the sliders in the System Preferences Keyboard GUI?
The fastest rates (key repeat rate and delay until repeat) possible to
specify in System Preferences are unfortunately not fast enough to be
satisfactory for my needs. Changing the "KeyRepeat" and
"InitialKeyRepeat" values found with "defaults read 'Apple Global
Domain'" or "defaults read 'NSGlobalDomain'" does not seem to have any
effect.
