Again not a good idea, and also not possible at the posix level. We
could change the name of the process at any time.

I'd like to find out whether VoiceOver is currently active. What is
the best way to find out? I would prefer some notification to avoid
polling.
I have noticed that there's AXEnhancedUserInterface child in
AXApplication set to TRUE when VoiceOver is active but cannot find it
in headers.
Can I safely rely on this value?
