Actually, I think another good enhancement request is the ability to specifiy a separate string to use for pronunciation purposes.
In an upcoming application (where I use a custom framework), I'll have the need to have English content sprinkled with Hawaiian words. I plan to add another ivar to my "help tag content" class to allow me to provide custom speech content. If present, that will be used. Otherwise, the "title" will be used. I also do custom accessbility for all my controls, so such code will feed VoiceOver either the AXDescription content or custom speech content.
