VoiceOver shortcuts

Hey!
I'm working on implementing VoiceOver into an OS X app and I'd like to
use some of the shortcuts as help texts, for example "To show menu,
press control-option-shift-m". Is there a programmatic way of getting
a suitable keyboard shortcut for an action? i.e
NSAccessibilityPressAction and the rest. I know VoiceOver at times
does this itself, but it does not work in cases where I have multiple
actions attached to a single element as it bases it's judgment on the
NSAccessibilityRoleAttribute.
Alternatively, I could probably hardcode the shortcuts into the app,
but that assumes VoiceOver keeps the shortcuts and users are not
allowed to change them in any way.
Thank you,
Henri
