Hey guys,
This is a bug report for iOS 6.01.
Bug: When calling the Messages, Mail, Facebook or Twitter APIs in landscape orientation, the cursor behaves irregularly. In the case of the Messages API, it is impossible to select the cancel button, unless the user switches to portrait. In all cases, The cursor may focus on unexpected elements, even "behind" the called applets. Steps to reproduce: Open the Photos app, enable VoiceOver and switch to Landscape Orientation. Select a photo and then the Action button for sharing options. Select Messages. Swipe right or left, there is no way to select the cancel button, not even using explore mode or touching it directly.
Case: The cursor moving to seemingly random coordinates causes the applet to sometimes crash. We suspect this is because the cursor moves to a forbidden position. Resolving this bug is crucial in apps that support the landscape orientation.
Thank you for the attention and any suggestions to control the cursor and force it in safe positions.
Regards,
