What applications use AXLayoutChanged?

| Could someone point out one or two applications that use the new-in-Mavericks AXLayoutChanged notification (and the AXAnnouncementRequested notification), and tell me what hidden UI elements to look for? I want to test one of my applications that is supposed to respond when the target application's layout changes (alternate elements appear and default elements reappear).
I tried Mail and some other applications in which UI elements appear and disappear when I mouse over them, but I don't see the notifications being posted. |
