What is AXSections attribute?

I am seeing an "AXSections" attribute in windows in some applications in El Capitan -- including some of my own applications. It returns an array. And it is marked as settable.

I can find nothing about it online. Can somebody tell me what it is and what it is good for? Or point me to documentation?
