Thanks for the ideas.

The biggest problem I am having is retaining the clipping paths in the
images. Graphic Converter doesn't recognise them and as far as I know
Quicktime doesn't either.

It seems I can do this with Photo Scripter or with Docuslim from Gluon.
These are both options but if there was something less expensive that would
be better.
