the following was applescript improvements in Illustrator 9

Applescript Documents created when 9.0.1 is minimized now have windows.
Applescript Illustrator no longer draws directly on the desktop when
activated in automation mode with no document
window open.
Applescript Tools now work correctly if AI was initially activated in
automation mode.


So I guess the plugin didn't need to be updated to include fixes.
