Applet Icon is still AppleScript icon

I can replace an applets icon so the custom icon is showed in all finder
views. But if i open Peek-a-Boo or navigate thru the folders via context
menu (Finder Pop), the standard AppleScript icon is still shown.

I realized that this has to do with the creator code of the script. I could
change it to something other, but then the script loses the capability to
execute the open() handler.

Is there a way to reanimate the drag and drop capabilities?

Can i override the icon in any other way?

Greetings
cris
