Illustrator scripting update

For those scripting Adobe Illustrator, the 9.0.1 updater does not appear to
update the scripting plug-in.

In keeping with the secrecy that seems to envelop this whole project, the
new version of the plugin is buried away at
<http://partners.adobe.com/asn/developer/gapsdk/IllustratorSDK.html>.
