How about creating a "Template" file, so when ever you open
it you will get an "Document x" containing every parameters of the
original document and it is ready to be saved...

\/\/\
tell application "QuarkXPress(TM) 4.11"
activate
try
open file ("disk:folder:Template")
on error
display dialog "I can't find the 'Template' file."
return
end try
tell front document
save in ("disk:folder:NewNameFile") version vers current without
template
end tell
end tell
