Greetings,

I am new to this list and creating AppleScripts. I am having the
following problem:

I wrote a script to start and later quit applications as chosen. One of
the applications, which does support "quit" in its scripting dicitonary,
returns a timeout error, even though the application has quit. I have
tried adding a with timeout command of up to 180 seconds (which I feel
is more than enough) but continue to get the error. I have tried
re-installing the application, attempting to elimanate any possible
corruption problems, and end up with the same problem. Any suggestions
of how I might overcome my dilemma?

Thanks,

Mark
