Running AppleScript from a Java App.

I am attempting to send MS Excel commands from my Java app. I am using
AppleScript and JDirect to accomplish this. Right now, I am having a heck
of a time getting OSALoad() to accept my script data. i.e. Translating from
a Java File object to an AEDescStruct. Anyone have experience in this
arena?
