If I have it right, you must change something in the internet prefs,
I did this for Explorer to open new windows @ the same position...

Make your window settings in Emailer and quit, then drag your "Internet
Preferences" to the desktop and open with resedit. Than open the "ICRP"
resource and look for Emailer window settings or something alike, then get
the resource info (command I) and make it protected (it can't be changed
anymore)

Make a backup of your old "Internet Preferences" and drag the edited file in
place...

I did this from my misty brain, so I can be wrong :-)
Otherwise let me know, where I can obtain this 100% cool scriptable app, and
I'll try it out myself!
