Hi,
this dont work for me. I tried everything even retyping etc. I dont kwow why.
I found this way:

tell application "Startup Disk" to activate
set +class sysf; of application "Startup Disk" to alias "OSX:System:Library:CoreServices:BootX"
tell application "Finder" to restart
