help with date&time

Is it possible to use the date&time control panel to have one particular Mac in a peer-to-peer ApplteTalk/Ethernet Mini-LAN (5 Macs where most of the time only one is used to hook up to the WWW although several times daily) function as Time Server? I can only find the possibility to link to the Web. Maybe there is somebody to give a script solution?
