Hi all, I'm stepping here lately

I know that bug. And despite all my efforts, I have the greatest difficulties telling a process to activate after the finder has erroneously done so. Sometimes it takes two 'activate' in the code, just like the first one was there only to 'draw the attention' from the process. It's even more difficult since I use Dialog Director, and sometimes the dialogs won't display and the process will halt if it's not frontmost.

Any idea someone?
