I am not sure Pagemaker is very scriptable from the Applescript side, unless
they have changed in the last few years. But there is a book on Pagemaker
from Adobe regarding PageMaker's own scripting language, and I have a copy
if you want.

But also you could use Applescript to print to a set of PS files to have a
copy of Distiller to watch the folder where you print the files to.
