Thanks for the tip. That probably is the issue because I fact picked up a
logitech mouse not too long ago and that's when my problems started, except
that I'm running mouseware ver. 3.51 - maybe I should downgrade or upgrade
as there is a 3.5.1a update (
http://www.logitech.com/cf/support/mousefiles_mac.cfm ). Doubt it'll solve
my issues, but it's worth a shot.

On another note, seems that mouseware, not to mention old compiled
applescripts have some real issues with 9.1 so be wary..see
http://www.macfixit.com/reports/macos9.1.shtml#OS9.0.4 for more details....
