Pushy Finder

Here's a curious thing.

A folder action script that uses the Finder to move and rename exported
media files behaves differently since I upgraded to OS 9.1/AS 1.5.5.
Previously, the action all took place in the background, but now the Finder
zips to the front when a file is moved.

What's changed, and is there a way to write the script that keeps the Finder
in the background?

Cheers

Mr Tea
