Indeed, I have been using Smile for YEARS and what you
describe is the only really frustrating deficit I have found with
the environment. It makes debugging a much more difficult
process to have to derive results at every step; particularly
with recursives involving multiple calls to multiple objects.

Oh, how I have longed for some method to generate an
event log with results in Smile. If anyone has a solution,
please share it with us.
