Hi Greg,
Thanks. That's a bit more helpful. Yeah, I know the system exists to solve
problems with character representation across multiple platforms.
But what I am really looking for is something that states which specific
characters are unacceptable (should be represented by the %XX equivalent)
and which characters are acceptable. I'm sure this is defined somewhere,
but I have been unable to find it!
Any ideas?
