no, the functionality of Location Manager has been rolled into the Finder itself. You can most definitely set up separate Locations, I do it every single day..... It's in the new Apple Menu now.
My question is how to use this in AppleScript? I've got an awful lot of pre-X scripts which do different things based upon the current network location....
