location manager scripting

Hi,

I am looking for some help with scripting the Location
Manager. I played around with it a little bit and was able
to ask for the current location, but the result is a format
that I can't transform into text. Basically what I want to
do is ask for the current location and do some actions
according to it.

also, is there any way to attach a script directly to the
location manager? So that a script is triggered when the location
is changed?

Thanks!
Ingo
