Thanks for boiling this down, Michelle. Every time the new GC comes out, I find
myself combing the update list for applescript-related items. Fact is, I don't
really like using GC manually, but it has tremendous potential as part of an
automated process - especially if Hr. Lemke introduces some way of making
selections other than 'select all'.

Excellent about the IPTC support as I have a job looming which will require that.

I general, I think GC's dictionary has too many custom actions, and not enough
classes to be really useful. All the classes in the dictionary belong to the
standard suite. The Graphic Converter suite has no classes at all.

The 'selection' class is very meagre. The only one that is really good is the
'window' class, and most of those attributes should really belong to 'document'

Does anyone else agree? How about a concerted effort from AS folks to get the
developer to look into this.
