Web sites that are more helpful? Or more web sites that are helpful? :)
Shameless plug for the free multimedia-based tutorial series on AppleScript
named: MacScripter's Magazine.
Download the issues 1-5:
http://macscripter.net/magazine.html
The issues are available in English, German and Dutch. (Volunteers to
translate them in other languages are welcome!). BTW, the later issues are
in full screen mode. However, the menubar is still there (just move your
mouse over its location) and you can hide the mag if you want to apply what
you learned right then and there. Later issues allow you to copy scripts,
(although you probably learn more if you type them yourself).
If you don't like MSM, tell Vittorio and me about it and we'll try to
improve them. If you do like MSM, tell others to download MSM too, and
benefit from AppleScript.
Bye for now,
Bert
Who is finishing the first chapter of issue #6 on his way home in the train.
