To keep on topic with the original posting, I would like to know why NONE of the top 20 scripting additions have migrated to OS X, even as applications. Somebody said the documentation was inadequate for developers to do it reliably. I doubt this is true but I'm prepared to be corrected.

Is it possible that developers are simply going to abandon their work. If so, I'm out of here.
