Hi all!

I have a quick question. Is there any quick answer on how to delete
files and folders immediately, without having to move them to trash
first? I need it for a CGI and don't want to empty trash as it is not
always reliable.

Only with Jon's Commands:

deleteFile alias "HD:Folder:File"

or Akua Sweets:

collate alias "HD:Folder:File" with deletion

I knew I had the answer in front of my eyes but I was blind. Jon's Commands is one of the only four non-Apple scripting additions I always install in my system.
