I posted a question about this error the other day. However, my
solution turned up something completely different. The file in
question yielded all the correct and appropriate information with a
simple "info for," and only would error when walking with Jon's
(doing info for).
I noticed late yesterday the file, an Adobe pdf,
had a generic icon. I took a shot at rebuilding the desktop db and
now everything is working fine again. I'll still need to write an
error handler, but I don't feel like the lone ranger anymore.
Thanks all
