Over the past few days, everyone and his brother have been saying:
copyright <snip> fair use <snip> lawyers <snip> archives <snip>
Supreme Court <snip> exclusive <snip> blah blah blah
Rather than argue the legalities of all this, might I remind everyone that
all of us (except Chuq) are, in effect, guests of Apple in this forum, with
Chuq acting as our host. As such, respecting the "house rules" is the polite
and proper thing to do. Arguing about them is crass and rude, and in a
tangible forum might even lead to being ejected and asked to not return.
I for one am comfortable with Apple acting as my proxy to protect whatever
copyrights I might lay claim to with my various postings, and to protect me
from the ravages of spam.
