This post is really excellent, clear and helpful, Chuq. Thank you for
explaining it, and for protecting us from spammers. I for one am 100% happy
with it. I think (and I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong) that this
information was precisely what Bill Cheeseman was hoping to elicit from you
- that Apple claims only a compilation copyright. I also apologize for
insulting you.
