You need to have:

Applescript
Carbon Library
Open Transport
Open Transport ASLM Module
Security Cert Module
Security Library
Security Manager
Security Policy Module
Security Storage Module
Shared Library Manager
Shared Library Manager PPC

At least that's what I found to be the case when I had a similar problem.
