We not sure how "experienced" we are [sigh
], but we recently
wrestled with that question also.
Idea #1 was to have all text files in a Sherlock indexed disk.img
file. A script for Smile to decompile scripts and save them as text
files is all that is needed (for speed if you have a lot of saved
scripts).
Idea #2 was to script the collection of scripts into a FileMaker Pro
document, again using Smile.
Both ideas won, so we have a droplet that does both methods at the
same time. Terribly redundant.
BTW, Matt Petrowsky's databases are beautiful, but won't import
compiled scripts. (unless you add it)
