Scripting the Mac OS X mail app

Hi,

Please let me know the Apple Script syntax for opening
a new mail window and populating the subject and mail
body. This is for the Mac OS X, mail.app Application.
The Mail App is not recordable and I tried scripting,
looking at the dictionary but could not get to it.
Please help.
