The relevant file is the "PSPrinter Pref" which has a "Save to file
defaults" item in the "Sfdf" resource. The values starting at 000008 are,

Let me HIGHLY recommend that you use the Apple Laserwriter driver instead and use it's ability to print to PDF (which is really print to PS and then feed the PS to Distiller). That way you can avoid all this mess and just save a Desktop Printer with all appropriate settings.
