I have a droplet which gives the custom icons to pict (tiff, jpeg ...)
files. It's quite rustic: it opens the file in PictureViewer, it makes
"cmd-A", "cmd-C", "cmd-W", then it opens the information window of the file
in Finder, then it does "tab-tab" (if I remember correctly) and then it
pastes the picture into the icon.

Of course it will be my pleasure to share this gem.
