I wouldn't worry about it. Anything on the Worksheet stays there forever
until you erase it. The fact that you're not getting a new copy of that
error every time you start Smile (you'd see multiple copies if you were)
means it only happened once, maybe during the very first initialization
process of 1.7.2.. Did you put the AppleScript Formatting and Satimage
osaxen into the Scripting Additions folder beforehand?
In any case go to the Smile download site and get the 1.7.5 updater.
