Does one step rather than two matter that much (perhaps to avoid file name
duplication problems)? But yes, you can do it with Akua Sweets' 'collate'
command using two parameters ('by renaming it to' and 'by moving it to' ) at
the same time:

collate alias "Apps HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker Pro 5
Folder:Test" by renaming it to "Test2" by moving it to file "Apps
HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker Pro 5 Folder:SOH Stuff:"

--> alias "Apps HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker Pro 5 Folder:SOH
Stuff:Test2"
