Actually, you can do it with just the 'by moving it to' parameter, since you
specify the new file specification in the process:

collate alias "Apps HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker Pro 5
Folder:Test" by moving it to file "Apps HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker
Pro 5 Folder:SOH Stuff:Test2"

--> alias "Apps HD:Applications (Mac OS 9):FileMaker Pro 5 Folder:SOH
Stuff:Test2"
