Yes, I've reinstalled, and ran the updater to 1.7.5 again too. The
menu item "tell" is not grayed out and appears perfectly functional;
it brings up the dialog for selecting the application to link the
window too, etc. But nothing happens. No menu appears at the bottom
of the text or script window. I've written to Satimage about this but
no response yet; hence I wrote to this list.
