My last message was a little confusing, it here is some additional information.
We currently have several sets of fact sheets, each set has about 10 fact sheets
that we have to make four versions of PDFs. We compiled all the fact sheets of
each set into one Quark document which made the PDF process quicker. Then we
have to extract each fact sheet out of the comp and name each one with a
separate code.

So here is what I need to end up with per set:
8.5x11 with art:
10 Individual fact sheets
1 Comp
8.5x11 w/o art:
10 Individual fact sheets
1 Comp
A4 with art:
10 Individual fact sheets
1 Comp
A4 w/o art:
10 Individual fact sheets
1 Comp

This whole process can take about an hour(per set). I hope by writing a script
it will at least cut that time in half.

Right now I'm to concentrate on scripting the PDF process and then hopefully be
able to script the extraction process in Acrobat.

Thanks for any help,

Chris

Thanks JJ for the samples, you the man.
